Sleuth mobile application and any related websites or services (collectively, the "Service")

operated by MIR Tennis and Hitting Winners Adventures LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with

these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

delete your data, please choose one of these methods:

• In-App Feature: If available, use the "Delete My Data" option within the Tennis Notes

mobile application.

We will process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a valid request. Some data

may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

Our Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In,

analytics tools, or payment processors. In these cases:

• User data may be shared with these services to facilitate login, analytics, or transactions.

• You can request deletion of data held by these third parties by following their respective

policies.

• We do not control how third parties use your data, and we encourage you to review their

privacy policies.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product, subscription, or feature made available through the Service

Subscriptions

unless canceled before renewal.

You authorize us to charge Subscription fees to your selected payment method. If automatic

billing fails, we will issue an invoice for manual payment.

Free Trials

We may offer a Free Trial for a limited period. If you enter billing details during sign-up, you

will not be charged until the Free Trial expires. We reserve the right to modify or cancel Free

Trials at any time without notice.

Fee Changes

We may modify Subscription fees at any time. We will provide prior notice of any fee changes,

allowing you to cancel before they take effect.

Refunds

Except where required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Content

You retain ownership of the scouting reports, notes, and any other content you post to the

Service, but you grant us a license to use, store, display, and distribute it for the sole purpose of

operating and improving the Service. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party

rights.

Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are

responsible for safeguarding your password and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized

use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users) remain the exclusive
